    Hi. I just received an email that the printer will be arriving on third or final week this month. I ordered on 29th of march. Can I expect it to arrive on 2nd week in EU since they've been quality checked already?

    I appreciate the update, but what kind of backlog are we currently looking at?  I ordered mine back on 3/3/2017, on 3/10/2017 I was told that it should ship by the last week of March (after I requested an update), and now it is the first week of April and this is the first update I have seen.  My friend ordered one just 4 hours before me and his shipped on 3/8/2017 and arrived on 3/13/2017.  From the other comments I read in the forum, I can't help but feel that people who placed an order after me may have already gotten their printers from the first and second batch.

    I can appreciate the likely immense number of orders you are sifting through right now, but I am really quite disappointed in the lack of communication to all of your customers.  Even just a weekly update email blast letting us know about the statuses would be appreciated.

    Mark, same situation here. I'm waiting for a month now too.

    I've only get update when I ask for it after the previous promised date has been passed.

    I really hope the printer is better than their communication :)

  8. I too placed my order on the 3rd and am still awaiting confirmation of shipment.  I also received the email that said it should be here within a week of March, 31st but have yet to hear anything else.  frown

    I got an update saying that the shipment should be going out on April 11th. Given that the date was posted on the product page for a brief time, I'm hoping that is when this batch will go out. I confirmed that they sold out of their first and second waves on Friday 3/3/2017. Hopefully they are coming soon, guys! :)

I placed my order on March the 9th from the US store.  There was no indication that it was on backorder at that time from that location.  Received an e-mail that it would ship the last of March but have not received any word on tracking or even if it has shipped.  Customer service is the key to a good company and I now wonder if this is worth the wait.  Also wonder if it's a scam to make you get credit and purchase a more expensive printer.  Not happy with the service in the US.

    I'm in the same boat - ordered on 3/4/2017 and received the shipped by last week of March after asking for an update.  I too share your frustration.  Perhaps a free spool of filament is in order as compensation for the delay and frustration :)

It would be nice to let the people know when these are going to ship to customers in the US when they were ordered from the New York store.  I received a note saying it would ship the last of March but have yet to see it or have any of my e-mails answered.  If this has not shipped by now i don't expect to get it.  It was not listed as backordered when i placed my order.

  13. Donald I feel the same way. Where are these printers?  When we placed the order I believe the site said 2-5 day delivery, then those of us that didn't order soon enough were told we should expect them the last week of March, the website even still listed them for a March 27 shipment up to about 3-4 weeks ago.  Then it changed to April 11. Now it's saying early May. 

    I don't like complaining but it's getting quite frustrating.  I feel let down each day that goes by and I still have not received notification that my printer finally shipped.  When can we really expect these printers?

    On a practical point, are the STARTT printers ordered in the US and UK in the same status?  This message was 10 days ago, so on the timescale suggested "next week" has passed, yet obviously from the subsequent messages none, or at most few, have been delivered.

    I still want to believe that we will get a notice of shipment tomorrow on the 11th.  I am hoping that the May date on the website is simply because they are building more backlog with orders after ours.  Let's all keep our fingers crossed.

  16. i have been e-mailing and calling the New york store.  I received a message back from support that the printers had a quality problem with a part and they were waiting for the corrected part to arrive.  I was told that it's in and they are shipping according to your position on the back order list and it should be next week or the week after. I use to work quality control and the lies i had to tell customers just to keep them happy fit right into this statement.  We will see.

    I am going to give it until the end of this week.  If it doesn't ship by then, I am going to cancel my order.  I could have built my own printer with china parts by now, and I really don't want to give my money to a company that won't at least give an honest backorder update.

  18. I know how you feel.  I received a second e-mail from support and it stated almost the same about the bad part but this one stated the part is coming not that it was there.  I too am giving up looking at an Anet a8 to replace this cost more but you get a bigger bed and it's heated.  On cancels they do not refund but give you credit which leads me to thing it may be more like a scam to get money. The customer service has been the pits.  Called the New York store and left my number no return calls from them.

    Looks like the wheels are starting to move!  My STARTT order now says 'shipped' and I have a FedEx tracking number.  I ordered through the NY office on March 4th.
