Filament for FDM
At the core of FDM 3D printing is the need for filament. This is what is laid down layer by layer to create the 3D object you want to print. iMakr offers a range of filament, from the standard plastics like PLA and ABS to high-performance polymers like PEEK and ULTEM, and even some wood- and metal-fill filaments.
Clariant\'s PVA printer filament is ideally used as a water-soluble support filament. It is a specially developed Polyvinyl Alcohol material that dissolves efficiently, making print clean-up easy.
Each spool contains 1kg of filament.
One of the PAEK family of high-performance polymers, ThermaX PEKK-A by 3DXTech has a lower processing temperature than PEEK which makes it easier to print, and after annealing can display even better mechanical, thermal and chemical resistance properties.
Solvay\'s new high-performance KetaSpire PEEK HC is specially designed and certified for use in the Healthcare industry. Outstanding thermal properties and chemical resistance for a wide range of healthcare manufacturing applications.
KetaSpire PEEK HC CF10 from global leaders in chemical and material manufacturing, Solvay, is a high-strength, high-performance filament that has been ISO certified for healthcare applications and includes 10% carbon fibre added for additional strength and stiffness.
CFC PA by Anisoprint is specifically designed to be used with their continuous fiber co-extrusion process (CFC). This premium polyamide filament has a low moisture absorption rate and lower viscosity for improved co-extrusion with carbon fiber strands.
