The MiiCraft Y series printers use SLA-based DLP technology to produce detailed 3D prints from a vat of resin. With the 385nm wavelengths, the printer is using UV light to cure most available dental resins. Furthermore this technology allows the printing of clear resins.

Resin compatibility and wavelength

The 385 nm wavelength of the Miicraft Y series is compatible with a wide range of third party biocompatible resins. Though MiiCraft does produce its own brand of resins, the company does not lock you to their own label consumables like other brands. You can choose from nearly all the latest biocompatible materials for dentistry iincluding:
