FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

WHAT IS COLLECT IN STORE?

We offer a free Collect in Store service for any of our customers who want to collect their order from the iMakr store in central London. You will be asked at Checkout whether you want to choose this option. You will still need to make a payment online for your order. We will contact you as soon as your item is ready for collection at the store. All you need to bring is your Order Reference Number and the card that you made the payment with.

WHAT ARE MY DELIVERY OPTIONS?

All of our products are delivered via courier service to your door. This means that if we have a product in stock, we can deliver to a UK address within 2 days and a European or Channel Island address within 3-5 days of the order being dispatched.

HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER WILL BE DELIVERED?

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will be sent an “Order Dispatched” e-mail. This will contain the shipping details for your order and a unique tracking number. You will be able to track the status of the delivery via the online facilities offered by our preferred courier partner. Instructions will be contained within your “Order Dispatched” e-mail.

HOW DO I RETURN MY PRODUCT ONCE IT HAS BEEN DELIVERED?

If you decide to return your product, you must return it within 7 working days from the day after the date of delivery. Saturdays, Sundays and Public holidays are not included. The product must be in its original packaging, unused and in a saleable condition.

WHAT DO I DO IF THE ITEM IS INCORRECT / DAMAGED ON DELIVERY?

Please Contact Us immediately if your product is not complete or is incorrect on delivery. You should contact us within 7 working days of receiving the item. 
We will organise a replacement to be delivered to your house as soon as possible. We will also organise for the damaged / incorrect item to be returned to us.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY PRODUCT IS FAULTY

We offer a 6 month warranty which covers the cost of parts and services to correct faults on the 3D printers that we sell. As soon as you discover the fault, please Contact Us and we will confirm with you the best way of returning your product to us for prompt repairs. If we cannot repair your product, we will offer you a replacement.

WHAT IS THE IMAKR PRODUCT GUARANTEE

We offer a full parts and services product guarantee of 6 months for all our 3D printers. We do not offer any guarantee on the materials and 3D-printed art that we sell on the iMakr.com website.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
