TPM3D S Series S320HT
Removable Build Unit and manual trolley for ease of post processing. The removable build unit fits into the Break Out Station which evenly cools the entire build down to 60°C making it safe and easy to handle whilst eliminating any part warping. You can purchase a separate build unit to reduce machine down time, have one build unit in the S320HT building parts and one cooling the previous build in the break out station.
The Break Out Station is designed for depowdering printed parts easily. You can also use the integrated sieves to filter any un-sintered powder for reusing in the next builds.
Small machine footprint giving you a compact SLS machine with maximum printing area and occupying minimal amount of space in your workshop.
Smart powder loading system. The powder loading bins easily slide out giving you greater access to fill up with your SLS material. When printing the build, these powder loading bins efficiently distribute the correct amount of powder layer by layer whilst also removing any debris or large clumps that could ruin the build.
Active cooling of the finished build in the 3D printer is achieved by the use of room temperature air to uniformly cool the build unit to 80°C, ensuring a safe and stable printing area.
An easy to read LCD display makes the S320HT easy to operate.

Integrated Nitrogen Generator
The TPM S Series of SLS 3D printers come with a nitrogen generator integrated into the machine. Nitrogen is used to effectively purge the build chamber of any oxygen before printing starts. The built in generator will emit a small amount of nitrogen throughout the build to keep the oxygen levels low and keep part accuracy and quality high. By having the nitrogen generator integrated it significantly reduces cost to the end user and also eases the process as there is no need to purchase and fit a separate generator.
